Chromium

Chromium is a trace mineral that plays a very important role in our bodies. Trace minerals are minerals where our bodies only need a small amount to function. This doesn’t mean though that it is unnecessary. Chromium comes in two forms trivalent and hexavalent chromium. Trivalent chromium is the one we need as hexavalent is toxic to humans.

Chromium helps to prevent type 1 and type 2 diabetes and can also help with brain help and weight loss.
