Vitamin B3 (niacin)

Niacin or vitamin B3 is a water-soluble vitamin used for the proper functioning of our cells. Our entire body needs the vitamin to function properly and it enhances our mental capacity.

Deficiency of this vitamin causes a rough skin appearance as well as depression, fatigue and more. Eating a wide variety of foods will provide the necessary required amount. However, you can take a supplement if this isn’t possible.
