(2 Servings)

1 lb / 450 g of Ground Turkey

1 Cup of Chopped Spinach

6 leaves of Romain Lettuce

1/4 Cup of Chopped Onions

2 Cloves of Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp of salt



  1. Wash and dry romaine lettuce leaves and set aside
  2. Combine the onions, garlic, spinach, ground turkey, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl
  3. Form 4 – 6 patties with your hands from the meat mixture
  4. Melt the coconut oil on medium heat in a pan.
  5. Fry for 3-5 minutes each side.
  6. Once the burgers are ready serve with lettuce and enjoy.
