Get a reload on your omega 3 with this sweet potato salmon cake recipe. The ingredients are clean and wholesome.


(2 Servings)

1 Medium Sweet Potato 

8 oz Salmon Fillet 

1/2 Cup of Almond Flour

1/4 Cup of Chopped Green Onions

1 Egg lightly beaten

1 tsp of Salt

1/4 tsp of Black Pepper

1/4 tsp of garlic powder


  1. Bake sweet potato in skin for about 45 minutes in a 400F/200C oven
  2. 15 – 20 minutes before the potato is done add the salmon to an oven safe dish and place in the oven with the sweet potato
  3. When the salmon and sweet potato has cooked combine in a bowl and mash them together
  4. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix in
  5. Form mixture into about 8 patties and add them to parchment paper or baking sheet in the oven
  6. Bake the patties for about 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes or so
  7. Serve with a healthy side such as a salad
