Wanna know where superheroes get their energy from? Try this oatmeal packed with berries and naturally gluten free. Shh, we can't tell superheroes we know their secret.


1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Oatmeal

1 Cup of Almond Milk

1/4 Cup of Almonds (or mixed with other nuts of your choice)

1/2 Cup of Berries 

pinch of salt

1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon


  1. Combine almond milk, oats and cinnamon in a pot
  2. Add to high heat until it starts to simmer then turn on low
  3. Stir until all of the almond milk is absorbed by the oats
  4. Remove from heat and place a thin layer of raw oatmeal on top
  5. Add the berries and nuts and enjoy!
