These homemade seed crackers and guacamole is perfect for the avocado lovers. Get a tasty afternoon snack with all the health and none of the guilt


(Makes 4 Servings)

1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds

1/4 Cups of Sesame Seeds

1/4 Cups of Sunflower Seeds

1/2 tsp onion or garlic powder

1 Cup of Water

Seasoning Mix ->

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp of Sea Salt

Guacamole —>

1/2 of an Avocado

Juice of Half a Lime

Pinch of Sea Salt

Optional – Other seasonings to taste such as chopped onion and garlic


  1. Preheat the oven to 345F/175C.
  2. Mix the seeds with water and then add seasonings.
  3. Cover and let sit for five minutes
  4. Spread the mixture into a thin layer on a baking sheet. You can use parchment paper to avoid burning.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into squares. Turn them around and bake for about 15 – 20 more minutes.
  6. Place the guacamole ingredients in a bowl and mash to the desired consistency.
