1 Cup of Gluten Free Oatmeal

1 Very Ripe Banana

1/4 cup almond butter

1 tsp of Cinnamon 

Optional: Nuts, chocolate chips or dried fruit


  1. Preheat the oven to 375F/200C.
  2. Mash banana until its runny
  3. Combine banana with the remaining ingredients. The mixture will be a bit sticky.
  4. Separate the dough into about 8 pieces and press into a cookie shape with your hands.
  5. Bake for about 8-9 minutes.
