1/2 Frozen Banana

1 Cup of Spinach

1/2 Avocado

1 Serving of  Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Cup of Almond Milk

1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds


  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender first to prevent the rest of the ingredients from sticking to the bottom
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender
  3. Blend at low speed and increase as necessary
  4. When its at the desired consistency enjoy immediately for best nutrition results. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days as necessary.
