GREEK YOGURT & BERRY PARFAIT

Quick and easy yogurt parfait. Only a few ingredients and its healthy and filling. Perfect for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

1 Cup of Greek Yogurt

1/2 Cup of Mixed Berries

1/4 Cup of Granola

Optional –  maple syrup or honey

DIRECTIONS​

  1. Layer the ingredients in a bowl, starting with the granola. Add the yogurt and then the mixed berries on top.
  2. Optionally drizzle with maple syrup
