These 4 simple, wholesome ingredients are perfect for those afternoon munchies. Hint, it includes a touch of chocolate.


(Makes about 10 Balls)

1 Cup of Almonds

1/2 Cup of Shredded Coconut

8 Medjool Dates

2 Tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder


  1. Cut open the dates and remove the pitts
  2. Place pitted dates, almonds and cacao powder in a food processor and combine until the mixture resembles a dough
  3. Form balls with the mixture to your desired size
  4. Place balls into shredded coconut and combine until the ball is covered into coconut
  5. Place in refrigerator and enjoy when chilled
