Get a clean, simple and healthy dinner. A classic beef and broccoli, not a lot of fluff, but all the love.


(2 Servings)

8 oz Beef Strips

2 Cups of Broccoli florets

1/4 Cup of Coconut Aminos 

1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions

2 Cloves of Garlic

1/2 Cup of Uncooked Brown Rice

1  Tbsp of Coconut or Olive Oil

1/4 tsp of salt


  1. Combine 1 cup of water to the rice add the 1/4 tsp of salt and bring to a boil
  2. Cook rice per package instructions.
  3. While rice is cooking chop the onion and garlic
  4. Add oil to a frying pan and heat well
  5. Saute the onions and garlic in the coconut oil
  6. Add the beef to the pan and saute for about 5 minutes
  7. Add the coconut aminos to the pan
  8. Turn heat to low and cook for 5 more minutes.
  9. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 2 more minutes
  10. Serve the beef and broccoli mixture on top of the brown rice.
