Four Ingredient TRAIL MIX

Four simple ingredients make for a perfect afternoon snack. Easy, healthy and wholesome.


(Makes about 3 servings)

1/2 Cup of Coconut Chips (or shreds)

 1/2 Cup of Mixed Nuts

1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds

1/4 cup of cranberries


  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container
  2. When ready to eat, take out about 1/3 of the trail mix and enjoy
